Elisa G. Sheftic, MBA 

Elisa communicates with human resource professionals, hiring managers, and job-seekers on a daily basis and offers insights to candidates on networking, interviewing, and utilizing LinkedIn, job boards and social media.

 

Elisa is currently the President and Managing Partner of Right Executive Search, LLC, and the creator of PrepareForYourNextInterview.com. Her expertise is placing professionals in the financial services and management consulting industries. Prior to starting her own firm, Elisa was a partner and Senior Managing Director for The Patton Group LLC, a national search organization, where she managed the New York/New Jersey office. Previously, she was employed with R&L Solutions, a boutique executive search firm in the Tri-State area. Additional experience includes Associate Director positions at Quellos (Blackrock) and Bear Stearns as well as tenures at Salomon Brothers and Morgan Stanley.

 

She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and received her MBA from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, with a concentration in Finance/Marketing, in 1995. Continuing professional development includes Human Resources Certification (in progress) from Cornell University, School of Industrial & Labor Relations.

Heidi (Sehrt) Gerhard, HCS, SWP

As a certified career coach with experience in recruiting from all sides of the table (executive search, corporate talent acquisition and RPO), Heidi brings an insightful perspective to the career coaching process. 

 

Heidi currently works with hiring managers, HR professionals, and executive leadership of a global Fortune 500 organization, developing the talent acquisition processes while growing the in-house talent population. Prior positions include tenures at Bank of America, Bear Stearns, Foster McKay and Capco.

Linda Iceland

Linda Iceland is currently a Talent Acquisition Associate at Right Executive Search responsible for candidate sourcing and selection, resume vetting and review, administrative and operations oversight and developing and overseeing firm-wide marketing initiatives. 

 

Linda joined RES after a long career in the media industry, in positions spanning editorial, marketing, communications and human resources, including managerial roles in recruitment, hiring, employee retention and employee relations. 

 

Linda is a cum laude graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a concentration in English and a minor in Journalism.
